Refund policy
Effective November 8, 2026
No refunds
All Postteller digital invitation purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, choosing the wrong design, event cancellation or postponement, or unused invitations.
Review before purchasing
Please review your chosen design, price and couple names before paying. One invitation purchase is for one event. Preview your invitation before publishing, as published couple names are restricted to protect that event.
Payment errors and technical issues
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or cannot access a purchased invitation, retain your receipt and order reference and report the issue through your purchase's payment provider or available Postteller support channel. We will investigate verified errors; this policy does not limit any remedy required by law.
Guest gifts
Guest gifts are sent directly to the invitation host using the host's payment instructions. Postteller does not process these gift payments. Any request concerning a gift payment must be addressed to the host or payment provider.
