Postteller

Terms of use

Effective November 8, 2026

Using Postteller

By using Postteller, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement, provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure and use the service lawfully.

Purchases and your invitation

Each purchased invitation is a license to customize and use the selected design for one event, not ownership of its artwork, animation or software. Prices and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law, as explained in our Refund policy.

Unlimited link sharing

Share link to as many as you want no limit. There is no recipient limit on sharing a published invitation link for your event. Anyone who receives the link may forward it. RSVP limits set by the host apply to individual responses, not to link sharing.

Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of event details, payment instructions and content you submit, and for obtaining permission to use other people's information or images. You allow Postteller to store and display that content to provide your invitation. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing content, resell our designs, send spam or attempt unauthorized access.

RSVPs and gifts

Hosts manage guest responses and verify receipt of direct gift payments. Postteller does not collect or transfer guest gifts. Public gifter information is shown only after host confirmation and the guest's permission. Hosts are responsible for their payment instructions and handling guest information appropriately.

Availability and legal rights

We may maintain, update or restrict the service to address security, misuse or legal obligations. Availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Updated terms will be posted here with an effective date.
